This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Acrobat Removals and we can't speak highly enough of them. The owner Jord and his crew were amazing from start to finish. Everything was handled with care and communication was outstanding every step of the way. I have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

We recently moved with Acrobat Removals & Storage and had the pleasure of being assisted by Chris and Beau. They were absolutely fantastic, professional, efficient, and very careful with all of our furniture. Our move was to a unit on the third level with no lift, and they handled it with such strength, speed, and positivity. Both of them were also friendly and respectful, which made the whole moving process so much easier and stress-free. The boss of Acrobat Removals & Storage - Jord, was very professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommended and would use them again. Jord was extremely accommodating for our last minute pick up and drop off, changed dates around and nothing was a problem. The team on both ends were professional and did a great job, cared for your things and packed them so well, used heaps of padding/protection.

We used the removal services of Acrobat to move recently. This is the second time that we have used the services and found them to be as excellent as our previous move. We had a team of four and two trucks to move our furniture to a new home. They were professional, careful, efficient, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They were great. Could not recommend them highly enough.

We just moved with acrobat removals from Newcastle to Mudgee. We moved a 3 bedroom house house, some large items of heavy furniture and a home gym set up. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Jord was responsive with the quote, questions and trouble shooting. Rod and Brent loaded the van with such care and precision taking time to wrap everything in a blanket and strap things down. At the other end Lochlan and Michael were a delight to deal with and didn’t complain once when having to navigate a heavy home gym down a steep driveway. Nothing was lost, damaged or broken in the move. Highly recommend.

We recently used Acrobat Removals & Storage, after hearing fabulous reviews from friends I had pretty high expectations but Chris and Beau exceeded them by far. They were professional, polite and were able to move things I didn't think were possible without taking doors off! Also, I have a quite a few plants and they didn't hesitate to lift any of them, some quite heavy. Having done quite a few moves in my lifetime I can without a doubt say this was the best and least stressful ever. THANK YOU SO MUCH, I will not hesitate you call again when the time to move comes up.

Acrobat are excellent. Fast quote, good communication, great service & result. The standout for me was the team being quick - but not rushing. Supreme care was taken for the more fragile items (TV's, antique furniture, glass items) and effort was taken to protect these items. Having to navigate stairs at both ends of the move was also challenging, but the team definitely up to it! Would definitely recommend.

I recently moved with these guys and I think the experience was great. I chose these guys after getting some quotes for two reasons: 1. I actually had a look at the policies the companies had regarding insurance, what is and isn't covered and so on, and found that Acrobat had solid framework here that clearly specified what was covered. There were no unreasonable or just plain bizarre, amateur-written 'terms and conditions' blurbs designed to basically make sure no damage to your property is covered - this is something I found plenty of in the competitors' quotes (some of whom came pretty highly recommended and have good reviews here). Read the fine print people. It's all good until you have to rely on it. 2. They quoted what they thought would take to actually do the job, i.e. the number of hours (actually ended up being an hour less) - everyone else quoted ridiculously short amounts to minimise the quoted sum, while charging hourly (as is the norm) and obviously planning for it to blow out. This isn't that big of a deal I guess if you understand that there's no way they can do the job in the time quoted, which some people may not and actually rely on the quoted price. I just hate bs like that - be upfront, quote what you think it's worth. That's what Jord did and that's a respectable way to run a business. The move was good and smooth. The guys were respectful and cared about my property, which is what you want from someone moving it, in my case into a building where significant damage can be caused if one is not careful. But they were and I had no issues whatsoever. So, good and transparent experience, good customer service, solid paperwork and legal backing and careful and respectful approach to the work. What else could you want?

We had Acrobat help with a move from Sydney into Newcastle. They have been absolutely fantastic from the communications and quote with Jordan to the pickup and delivery. The 2 guys - Chris and Beau did both sides (after a short storage). Really great guys! Friendly, efficient, courteous, and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. They took care of everything. I could not recommend Acrobat more highly. We hope we never have to move again...but if we do...we'll be contacting Acrobat! Thanks guys!

I’ve used Acrobat Removals for many years and have nothing but praise for the team. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but their professionalism and friendly approach make the whole process so much easier. From the moment they arrive, everything is handled with care and efficiency. Nothing is ever a problem, and they always go out of their way to help. The team communicates well, works quickly, and treats your belongings with respect. It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers such a high level of service, but Acrobat Removals does exactly that every time. I wouldn’t use anyone else and highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, professional removalist.
